Together in a group of four people who are as diverse as possible, your people complete a 5-module program together, such as the Leader Communication Program (LCP), where they will:
Once complete with the LCP, your organization continues learning and building trust with programs, such as:

- Activate their purpose,
- Learn critical communication skills such as active listening, "I statements" and making effective apologies, and
- Develop empathy, trust and friendships with diverse people.
Once complete with the LCP, your organization continues learning and building trust with programs, such as:
- Shared Values Program (SVP) - activating a personal connection to the core values of your organization.
- C3 Program (C3P) - empowering everyone to have clarity on their purpose, contribute to others and create authentic community.
