In each program, your people meet in a small, diverse group of 4 peers, once a week for 5 weeks. They access the pre-work (program videos, exercises, and discussion guides) in our LMS.

In the Clarity, Contribution, Community Program (C3), your people discover a deeper sense of their own purpose, learn how to activate it at work, find their unique connection to your company's mission, and build 3 diverse peer friendships across your organization.
In the Team Communication Program (TCP), your people learn critic team and communication skills (forming agreements, "I" statements, active listening, apologies and gratitude), setting them up for leading teams and projects and their first promotion. They'll build an additional 3 diverse peer friendships across your organization.
In the Emotional Intelligence Accelerator (EIA), your people learn and practice the 5 key emotional intelligence skills (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social atunement), empowering them to manage up and down, and develop authentic relationships across your company. They'll build an additional 3 diverse peer friendships.
In the Purposeful Leader Accelerator (PLA), your people learn the 5 key skills of purposeful leadership: A. Model purpose w/ stories + vulnerability, B. Activate authentic connection and trust between team members, C. Contextualize the contribution of team mates, D. Align learning, contribution and connection goals, and E. Develop their careers with purpose.. They'll build an additional 3 diverse peer friendships.
By the end of the year, your people will activate their purpose, embody your company's values, be equipped to lead teams, and have 12 new diverse peer friendships across your company.
