How are your people *really* doing?

Since most offices are at least still partially remote, have you asked your folks how they're feeling about it? Our clients have asked us to help them understand their remote / hybrid employee experience.

So we've co-developed a 20-question employee survey that leverages the latest employee experience research, measuring the key drivers of innovation, productivity, inclusion, leadership effectiveness, social and emotional health and retention.

​Method: Purpose, belonging and trust are the key drivers of innovation, productivity, inclusion, leadership effectiveness and retention. This assessment measures these drivers.

Rating: 7-point Likert scale

Purpose & Leadership
  • My organization has an inspiring purpose.
  • The leaders of my organization vulnerably share about their purpose, struggles and growth edges.
  • My organization helps me discover and/or activate my purpose and bring it work.
  • I see the connection between my purpose in life and my organization’s purpose.
  • I witness the purpose of our organization guide the daily decisions of leadership.

Belonging & Mattering
  • I feel like I belong at my organization.
  • I can voice dissenting opinions without fear of negative consequences.
  • I can bring my whole self to work - my emotions, fears, life outside work, unpopular opinions about social, economic, political and environmental issues.
  • My organization makes consistent progress each quarter, in attracting, developing, promoting and retaining diverse talent.
  • I have at least one close work friend.

Talent & Retention
  • I am fulfilled in my role.
  • I tell my friends and family that my company is a great place to work.
  • If my colleagues no longer needed to work, they would still choose to work here.
  • My organization empowers me to learn skills and take on projects that express my purpose.
  • I believe I can be fulfilled working in this organization for at least 3 more years.

Trust & Transparency
  • I trust my boss to be truthful and transparent.
  • All the information I need to be successful and understand how things work is accessible to me.
  • I trust my company’s leaders to make the right decisions.
  • I trust my colleagues to not speak ill of me.
  • I feel safe and empowered to share my wild ideas.
