Unity Lab is a dynamic social learning experience where communities develop new skills, build diverse relationships, and activate purpose, empathy, trust, shared values and solidarity.
Your community embarks on a year-long journey together in a group of four community members who are as diverse as possible. Together, you'll complete the 5-module Community Leader Program (CLP), where you'll:
Once complete with the CLP, your community can embark on 3 additional learning journeys. They will be connected in a private online group to share what they are experiencing and collaborate on shared interests.
After completing the CLP, your community can choose up to 3 additional learning journeys together (1 per quarter), to learn new skills and strengthen diverse relationships, e.g.:
COST: $50/pp/journey or $100/year/pp for up to 4 learning journeys that your community completes together.

- Activate your purpose,
- Learn critical communication skills such as active listening, "I statements" and making effective apologies, and
- Develop empathy, trust and friendships with diverse people.
Once complete with the CLP, your community can embark on 3 additional learning journeys. They will be connected in a private online group to share what they are experiencing and collaborate on shared interests.
After completing the CLP, your community can choose up to 3 additional learning journeys together (1 per quarter), to learn new skills and strengthen diverse relationships, e.g.:
- Community Activation Program (CAP) - developing community as a verb, understanding how to craft shared values, agreements, engaging prospective members and developing a member experience journey.
- Shared Values Program (SVP) - developing a personal connection to the 3-5 core values of your community.
- United States Leadership Program (USLP) - developing a deeper understanding of what it means to be both a part of your community and also live in the United States of America.
COST: $50/pp/journey or $100/year/pp for up to 4 learning journeys that your community completes together.
